I have learned I need to relocate where I can get a better job suiting my talents, Leadership and production. I worked Nightshift ( Factory ? Production Manager ) at a meat processed company and enjoyed it when nightshift producer 25%-30% more than dayshift and in the first year the company grew with 40% and also when I heard the owner always used me as an example when he had meetings with dayshift. The most challenging thing is to get home alive when I worked 12 to 13 hours and need to drive home with a speed limit of 100km/h.
