Projects Manager

Skye-lab technologies is an Engineering company,that have spread their wings to more than one field. I started off as a Training Manager,management staff and external international training with our partners Excel from Britian,Than i moved on to projects as Projects manager ,making sure all projects are well managed and are completewed on time with few mishaps.I really enjoy working here, friendly atmospere,committed staff and a place where your experiene is a plus.Had a good relationship from top management to the floor staff.I have learn to be honest, faithful ,committed and to ensure complianvce to internal as well as external customers and staff. The most challenging job was my experience in Hotazel Khalagadi mine.

Joined this company without any knowledge of consulting business it was but learned quickly.

Learned a lot in Engineering as our focus is in Engineering and Power Generation consulting. My starts with responding to emails sent by providing guidance and answers to concerns raised. Great relationship with co-workers.

Pros: Open communication channels
Cons: Dishonesty

Good learning curve

I'm a pipe fitter i was doing maintenance working Saturdays sometimes Sundays it's been good working there.As everyone knows in construction companies safety comes first.I've gained experience and and I appreciate them having me as one of their employees.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Short hours
