• other than doing QS responsibilities, I also have a role in making sure that the hired equipment is returned back to the hirer as soon as the work is done to avoid unnecessary costs. • I have developed negotiation skills with all the parties involved in a Construction site. I believe that having a good relationship with these parties I.e.The Client, Engineers, Subcontractors and my colleagues and being fair in all aspects paves a way to good skills, gain trust. • understanding the importance of project review and taking ownership, forecast to completion for gauging my projects if we loose or make money and why. Interacting with foreman and Site Engineer and emphasizes the danger of taking verbal instructions as they turn not to be paid at the end of the project.

Pros: Being able to equip the same in community project on how to measure, make profit and be able to do their own payment certificates for future projects.
Cons: Delaying the payments especially for the Somme’s turn to delay the project.
