Excellent curve

Have learnt a lot on Telecom draughting and going on to site to survey, getting experience on network draughting the problem abt the company is that I don't see any growth in it and they don't pay as how the pay scale for a draughtsman to be paid

Pros: No promotions
Cons: 8 to 17:00 but sometimes work till late but get no overtime payment

Pros: Very flexible working hours
Cons: Unpredictable working hours
