My Relationship with co-workers they see me as a friend somebody that they can talk to with personal problems or challenges,and by me not fearing and maintaining a balance of professionalism with staff.It always ends with them wanting to follow me to a different site being that i worked different sites within the company.

At my current job I learn to be a hard worker

Am looking forward to have this job cause am a hard worker. Am able to speak English very well and am a honest person, by having this job I can help my mother with some few thing at home

Excellent customer and product experience

at smart matta is very nice because no one will follow you when working aslong you are doing your work.i won't diney that the are some challenges just like each an evry company,but it's very nice I enjoy working at smart matta. working environment. a professional working place witch has a great capacity to learn and grow. I learnt how to be responsible of my own shift and reach the companys targets.

Excellent working curve

The challenges I usually face is when I have to work twice as much so as to cover for my co-workers. I have learnt a lot within my company, things like patience, paying attention to details and getting along with co-workers. I enjoy working in a challenging environment as I have to focus more in finishing the task given to me rather than playing around doing nothing.

Was good learning experience that I needed to do my trade test

Very good company if you want to settle down but there is no room for growth typical work day is boring you do the same things every day management is not the best either the most challenging thing about the job is not having a time to go home you just get dictated to no family time

Pros: there is.none work like a slave the money is not good either
