Slow and Painful

In my short time here at SOX, there has been total disregard for myself. The executive are extremely slow in their decision making which affects the lives and well being of their staff. I have found the company to be very cumbersome. The systems they run are outdated and labour intensive. It will be difficult to succeed in a company with so many hurdles in place. They could be so much more.

Pros: Nice working environment.
Cons: Poor pay, benefits. Slow or no decision making.

Good experience from my past experience

i get along very well with co workers. work i do requires team effort so need to communicate and work together with co workers. there is peressure , but have learned to work under pressure. when Target cant be met , and statatics needs to be submited that the challenging part.

Pros: there is room for growth
Cons: working hours im comfortable with start 08am to 17pm

Willing and ready to work hard at all time and learn something new every day

Always willing to learn everyday and always lending a hand were help is needed . Also never did any one no harm and had a good friendship basis at work with all ys

Pros: Always love to be busy
Cons: No bonuses
