I have been a stabilizing and committed influence in my business and have maintained good, interdependent relationships with my colleagues and clients. At Nortech International and SmartFuel I set a goal for new business for the companies at R1 000 000 for the financial year. I have just finished off with R8 000 000 with a contribution to the company of R6 000 000. I have the skills and the experience to do the job required. I believe in excellent clientele care and support, following up with clients, completing the sales cycle and repeat sales from satisfied clients. I have a natural sense of urgency and am deadline focused. This is essential to our clients obtaining their requirements timeously and necessary in running our two branches successfully. I am strong at data analysis and new business development. I have met with literally hundreds of companies in South Africa, Africa and the UK. Communication and support are key to my process. I am always available to our clients and staff.

Experience and growth opportunity, responsibility and executive leadership
The company is small, so there wasn’t alot of HR policies and procedures to guide the business. I implemented alot of new processes to follow and issued new directives for certain areas that were lacking. I work well with people and love to upskill and assist with training, development and mentorship. I oversee the sales department, accounts and admin of the business. My main focus being HR, recruitment, operations, project planning etc... I feel that salaries are quite low, with little to no benefits. The company is very short staffed, these issues have been discussed with seniority. My days are extremely busy, mostly never allowing breaks or time to think. It is fast paced and demanding. The pressure can be quite intense. I work well with my co-workers, but it has been difficult to increase morale under such a pressured environment. I enjoy establishments and assisting staff to work at their peak performance. I have learnt to make many decisions and how to multitask, plan and execute priorities.

✓ Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s. ✓ Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team. ✓ Working with sales executives on approaches to building business. ✓ Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice. ✓ Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data. ✓ Performance managing underperforming members of the sales team. ✓ Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.

There is a few of us in my work place but we get along well and we have become a family
its an ok work place , everyone gets along well but the salary is not enough. i love my co workers though . everyone does their best and people are always smiling here
