Good.

I am well organised individual with a positive attitude, I pay much attention to detail to keep my work accurate i have a good relationship with my core workers. I work with well under pressure where our clients come and pay in the office at the end of the month and at that time our office is full with a lot of clients some are new clients who wants explanation about our products,where i do daily banking, capture daily payments on system.daily balancing at the end of day, capturing new clients on system, dropping cash on a cash machine,balancing float,balancing petty cash and email it to financial department. attend clients who walk in the office, rendering them a good service by making them feeling welcome and making sure that their needs are met. do skpe calls for queries.do stock counts. some times as team we go outside the centre and do promotion where we meet community members and explain our products, handing pamphlets to the people and make sales.

I’m a young, vibrant, and energetic black female who takes pride in what she does and make sure it is done properly the first time without sacrificing quality time and without any comebacks. Gaining More Knowledge

Working at smartMI thought me how to work as a team irregardless of your department. I was able to learn new things and to adapt to them. Now I'm able to go Outside and talk to people and explain to them about the products that we sell at smartMI. What I like the most is when we doing the Call Center where we call the clients to let them know what is happening to their policies if there will be any changes and making sure that we have the correct details of the clients. smartMI have branches from another provinces in South Africa therefore as a System support officer i have to assist my team members over the phone or via remote desktop that is very challenging but it is also doable.

Good space to learn and grow

-I do sales,Admin work and lot of calls and tying -Sending emails to our clients -Helping our clients with quiries and making sure that they are well answered and happy.We at selected days go out for marketing get leads and come back to the office to add the leads and call them and hear from them those who would like to join we take the through that process of joining.......

Loving my job description

What I love about my job description is that I like find creative ways to solve problems and to connect with people to help them to solve their problems. My job keeps me on my toes as there are always new challenges. With the challenges comes learning new things!!!

Good,focus,hard and long working hours,

i do payments and capturing of Receipts from other branches, and do claims do admin work, do capturing of Debit orders and Deposits, mostly go out on marketing and filling scanning paper work.

Pros: marketing outreach
Cons: long working hours and holidays full working time
