I am a friendly person and alway willing to learn more.
A typical work day for me is starting at 08:00. I work through my emails and assisting clients and by helping them. We have different cultures working for us. I learn by them and they learn by us. I do not have a problem to work with them. Our relationship is always good. The things I have learnt the most is to listen to client. Always be friendly and helping them where I can. The most challenging of my job is when client are angry, but I always try to calm them and help them. What I enjoy is working with clients and working with my co workers and that we get along with each other.
Pros: It is a boosts for the company and it helps to keep the company productivity high. New employees can see growth of the company
Cons: Working overtime can help you not to fall behind of your work.

A Place of growth
A typical work at my workplace includes a normal day whereby it is nothing but work, my manger would delegate that which must be done, if not one must look at the outstanding work to be done and then focus on it. My relationship with my co-workers it is excellent. I have learnt to be independent and ability to deliver and work under pressure. I enjoy the environment it is very warm. My job is very straightforward I cannot think of anything that I found challenging.

Excellent learning curve
a typical work day revolves around answering the phone and responding to mails in a certain period of time. I have a great relationship with my colleagues. I work well on a team and in my own.
Pros: great opportunity for promotions.
Cons: too much to do in too little time.

Excellent
Santam is a good company to work, their salary structure is good and the management team are always supportive and helpful at all times Santam has great benefits. ... It is a good company to work for. Provide a lot of training to up skill their employees. They are goal oriented company and support their employees

Good communication and listening skills
I am a fast learning lady who is willing to excel in my career. I have studied Human Resource Management and have working experience as an Administration clerk and as a Personal Assistant. I am not afraid of challenge. I strive for greatness in all I do. I am a team player and have good communication and computer skills.

Cons: I am willing to go extra miles so my work remains excellent.

Working abroad
Manage service engineers in the workshop and on the field. Also required to go on the field when required. Have a very good relationship with colleagues including management. Moving from being a service engineer to being a supervisor, now have leaned how to been a service engineer and now a manager. I enjoy because I learn everyday Most challenging about the job is working hours, traveling at anytime and having to catch up with office administrations when on the field.
Pros: Don’t believe I will grow more
