an accurate picture of what its like to work at company daily factory walk to fulfil my SHE duties, collate figures and compile reports. Daily factory updates to the Executive and General Admin duties my relationship with co- workers its stable in order for my daily duties to be met, I need liase with all departments to receive certain portions of the reports hence this leads to a healthy working relationship, my SHE rep duties also allow me to have relationship with our floor workers, as I need to advice them of the rules that they need to adhere to on safety terms what I learn team work and commitment and the importance of having to give my duties hundred per cent focus/ dedication, this always keep the ball rolling and teams can also perform their duties what do enjoy most innovations of new biscuits and flavours, ,machine new technology

Pros: willing and I hope to get a promotion again in this 2017
Cons: i do sometimes work long hours because i dont want to leave my assignments to an eleventh hour
