The excellent learning curve, although no benefits. No pension and a very disorganized management team. Great for people just starting their careers, but if you are serious about building a last and successful, stress-free career, I would not recommend working for Snowball. Co-workers are generally very friendly and energetic, although there is a lack of resources to get jobs done.

Pros: Learning curve,great for first time job seekers
Cons: No benefits, conflicting management style, confusing organizational structure.

Summary

I come from a corporate environment and in the beginning battled with the ISP inhouse culture. I enjoy the team I am on and love the type of work I do, namely contract management in the full sense of the title, ie: typing up legal documents, ensuring clauses at adhered to, etc.

Pros: Promotion does not appear to be an option
Cons: Staff management a sensitive subject amongst the staff

Great work experience have learned a lot

It has been a great experience working for this fast growing company. Unfortunately there does however note seem to be much more growth potential for me
