Excellent learning curve

Very good

I'm a punctual hardworking lady. I price orders and capture them on the system. I do price quiries and quotes. I handle calls and I deal with the main company client consisting of over 150 alone. I work independently without supervision. I have learnt patience and having a good relationship with clients. I liase with the factory in regards to customer deliveries.

The company is having issues by telling us now and then that there will be retrenchments

It is day 15 and there is no water at the workplace. I have to make plans in an unhealthy environment as the people go to the bathroom without water. This is so grosssss. I do not have any benefits and struggled to find a job for 9 months so I have to climb back up the ladder. We do not get leave during the year as the company closes over December, this is not the problem, but now all of a sudden, the company is not going to close down and therefor we are going to forfeit our leave....

Pros: nothing
Cons: I dont mind working long hours but no benefits and so forth

Learned a lot

I Phillip Coetzer, a responsible married individual with 2 children, have developed a vast amount of experience in the Electrical engineering field. I have worked on heavy and light current in various industries. I currently work for a large company employing over 1000 employees. I am a major player in the team. I was instrumental in setting up the business from start. I’ve installed all the necessary cables and hardware to accommodate all the heavy machinery. I understand the need for efficiency and downtime elimination and have worked under pressure always excelling at my tasks. I am efficient, conscientious and always willing to please.

Excellent Learning Curve

A day begin by reviewing yesterday's plant perfomance and making suggestions for improvement.The operations involves much of talking to customers, giving them feedback of their inquiries and queries. I have learnt to be both patient and cautious of everyone around me and the most challenging part is to meet customer demands with limited resources.

A very good environment to find your self in you can learn a lot of things

It is a very good company to work for I have a strong healthy communication with my colleagues we respect each other I have learn so much about the fire equipment such as how to use extinguishers and Hose Reel. I enjoy writing my daily report about all the activities during the day. Sometimes you can face some strong decision
