Learning to built with NO money

I was in charge of the two projects, a one stage I had to do the Contracts management , QS work , Site agents work and SMME manager's work as my company didn't want to employ any body . This created the situation that I had to work long hours to achieve the results that the professional team expected for me. Working with the local population also created a BIG change

I was able to learn at from my previous companies and enjoyed the challenges that come my way

Building Nikkel , Copper plants , and a pipeline and tailings dam in Africa were differently a milestone for me and my career. The I also built a very well known building in Durban(Kings House).Yet again this was challenge as it had to be restored to it's original state (109 years). I even restored status in Durban before the 2010 World Cup . That what I enjoy , new challenges and making sure that the company always make money out of the work I do .
