Dissatisfactory

I love working at the branch I am in. things get hectic when managers from the other branch try and override this branch. I enjoy working with my co-workers. we have a good working relationship. I have learnt how to come out of my shell so to speak i.e.: approching customers, improved my telephone skills. I do not like the way the staff is treated at times. we at a retail store gets over worked and under paid.

Pros: meet new people everyday
Cons: managers treated of staff when they in a bad mood
