Equips you in excellent customer service
My daily work routine is admin work,customer service,managing staff,banking and reception work.I have 6 other coworkers and we work as a team to meet daily set budgets.I have learnt to be a team player,have excellent customer services skills and decision making skills be it with regard to customers or staff members.Resolve conflict and working under pressure (overtime).The most challenging part of the work is working long hours standing as we are not allowed to sit.Working after hours and not being provided with any transport incentives.Achieving set targets which are increased by 10 percent from the previous year.
Pros: able to be a conflict resolver,you will be able to offer excellent customer services
Cons: overtime with no incentives,no room for promotion unless you know someone in top management

Team building
Morning staff meetings,banking,filling daily budgets on spreadsheet,following up on customer orders and managing staff.The daily routine also encourages team work.I have learnt about customer care as we go out of our way to search products from other branches.This can be diffrent sizes,patterns,colours or quantities we might not have within our branch.I have also learnt leadership skills as im second in charge or mainly in charge of the staff.Any mishaps,mistakes by staff solely rests on us and we have to improve daily on that.

Team building
Typical day involves daily meetings,managing staff,security,attaining financial daily budgets,stock control,filing documents,banking,handling cash and training staff.We work as a team to achieve set individual and store targets.I have learnt about customer service,guarding company property,stock and to be responsible for staff performances.The challeging part is dealing with difficult customers not wanting to adhere to company rules.Not involving staff in running the business as some have good ideas.This is contradictory to the team work ethics set by the company.

Very good experience
Everything is well because you will have a great customer service and relashionship.you learn to be confident cause you work on target therefore you must know how to approach a customer and to handle customer queries

Exposure to customer service
Daily solving customer complains,daily staff mettings.This allows team play and builds better employee relations.Most challenging are difficult customers not accepting company policies which lead to staff being held liable for losses resulting from customers's refusal to adhere to those company policies.

Okay
Normal working standards, fast paced, always moving around and working in different sections. The company is based on selling Women shoes and bring in qauilty for the people. Also has price changes for people life style

Admin work,secretarial customer service
My day starts with banking,updating sales budgets,holding morning meetings with sales staff.Calculating budgets,responding to customer complaints face to face or telephonically.I have learnt how to improve my admin skills(typing, using excell spreadsheets and improve on customer service).Customer returns are the most challenging and making daily budgets.
Pros: company recognition for excellent work
Cons: standing for 8 hours daily,working long hours on weekends without overtime
