I am an intern at Solugrowth (Pty) Ltd under finance department, Solugrowth mainly outsource therefore I was placed at Jollify Trading (Pty) Ltd which owns Engene garages and that is where I do bookkeeping. The company admin office is intimate it's only consisting of two departments Human Resources and Finance department which these deprtment are managed by one manager, Jollify Trading has taught me a lot of things since it took me with no experience and equipped me with whole lot of practical knowledge in finance. The admin office is so small that the relationship with co-workers is very intimate it's also very easy to engage with the directors of the company.

Good entry level job

A typical work day would be when there are auditors during year end but the requests are manageable. My relationship with co-workers is good, I help them a lot when they do need my help and they also do the same. I've learnt how to work with people and also managing difficult situations which are work related and also how to be professional in an open plan environment. I enjoy most the atmosphere of the workplace, it's easy to concentrate even if it is an open plan environment. The most challenging aspects of the job is having to deal with almost all the departments of the company.
