Working at Solver has been a pleasure for the last 18 months and I have managed to learn a lot. Our normal working hours are 08H00 to 17H00 Monday to Friday, however as a portfolio manager I would attend Trustee/Directors Meetings, Special General Meetings, Annual General Meetings from time to time which normally take place outside office and with a bit of travelling of course. I believe that I am a team player and I mostly prefer to interact with my colleagues when it comes to building a positive working environment and share experiences/challenges with a view of equipping myself more as a person. One of the challenging things is dealing with an irate client or unreasonable person and what I learned is that a even thought the said person may not get his or her way but one should try to listen and try to be impartial wherever possible but also shallow the person that you are willing to assist wherever possible.

Pros: Good Opportunity to grow and learn
Cons: Working for long hours but one would need to manage at all costs

An excellent experience.

Always something new to learn each month, co - workers always willing to help. I have learnt alot in accounts especially when it comes to suppliers and how to balance their ledgers. I have mastered telesales so it is easy to liase with clients. I enjoy the working environment as it is always a fun one. My challenges were dealing with debit orders but have overcome those challenges.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow with experience.
