Installation,service and maintenance

Client relationship with SLA coupled with Supervisory and afmin skills. Team work and maintenance contact obligations. Company and self reputation. Attendance of contractor-client meetings and advisory issues.

Pros: Learning new equipment and training coupled
Cons: No 13th cheque

Great opportunity for advancement

I am currently working as a cctv tech responsible for repairs and signing off cctv faults within 24 hrs. My job also includes installing /moving cctv equipment in adherence to equipment specification and legislative requirement, also have a schedule of cleaning domes and lenses every 6 months. I also do support on the video management system dallmeier and hikvision, plan, order and manage stock as per operational requirements. I have 600 cameras on the premises and I do the maintenance alone. Quite an experience and I enjoy the challenge and the experience that comes with the job.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: it is too physical, you have to have energy at all times
