Learning new people's behaviour's and sharing of work ideas

I'm currently working at Sonic Telecoms and learn a lot of things I didn't know like troubleshooting steps and skills on wireless Access points making changes I the client cape to resolve the clients issues I m the work environment is good people I I working with are so caring and helpful when I have a the client that is speaking a language I don't understand I just south one ask me to transfer the clients to him or her

Pros: Yes working to be the people's you normally escalate issues you can not solve to them
Cons: Working normal eight hours Monday to Saturday

Long term working

Stressful. You are awake and the others are sleeping. Nothing learnt. When i can do my work.
