My experience gained at Soreal Auto parts

Working at Soreal Auto parts as a driver in automotive industry was something new to me as I have never worked as a driver before. I was doing deliveries in and around Gauteng including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Brits and surround area and became very good at it and also enjoyed what I was doing. My daily duties included filling out trip sheets with times at shop and also collecting cash payments for curtain shops. I also do maintainace on cars and repairs and reported to management, so doing I saved the company alot on repair costs.

Pros: Working at Soreal auto parts being a bery small company so every one knows each othet very well and monthly staff meeting sharring our month's experience with each other and things we can do to improve on our jobs and also prizes for best employer of the month
Cons: no overtime paid for working late and on a Saturday

Gained alot of experience in this company

What I enjoyed the most about working at this company was the high energy spirit of every one and a sense of team unity amongs members. Once a month at month end would be the monthly staff meeting where management would choose an employer of the month based on the past month's performance and the winner would get a cash prize and a half day ofg

Working as a driver

I am an experienced driver very honest and hardworking. I am know all areas in Gauteng very well including Pretoria, Brits and suroundings.i also have previous customer service experience which is an added advantage in dealing directly with client
