Very hardworking, young Junior Engineer

Mining equipment maintenance, ranging from crushers, conveyors and earth moving equipment. The job is basically servicing these machines and if there is a problem, a root cause failure analysis is conducted and solutions are created in order to ensure such problems don't re-occur. It is a coal mining company so it revolves around maintenance, problem solving and innovation.

Pros: Learning opportunity, A lot of different machines to work with and understand, Learn a lot about people management and maintaining working relationships
Cons: Early starting hours, can get a little repetitive
