Good Learning curve for an Apprentice

If they can recognize the people for their qualities make them Grow in terms of caree wise not stuck in one position the whole time it will uplift their spirits & be eager to go to work

Pros: Great for a new Apprenticeship
Cons: There is no recognition or credit for our qualifications nor Promotion

It is excellent learning curve and a chance to explore

i do standby duties and military duties as electronics tech I work beyong my scope of work with the cotractors that coming to work for the air force by helping them and give them new ideas

Pros: great oppotunity to learn new thing in life
Cons: less skill
