Great learning curve

I have a good relationship with my colleagues, they made me feel like home. I have learnt a lot things at CAA not only on my line of work but in other departments. What I like the most is to be given a chance to explore other departments and learn new challenging things.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain more experience and knowledge

Good

It is a good company to work at but in terms of grouth it is not there. Grouth is not there because the managers they are comfortable they are not prepared to go and seek for greener pastures.

Fast paced. My relationship with co-workers is good, we work as a team, communicate alot, we try and assist one another where we can. That if we do not have a common goal and work towards achieving it, we lose as a team, so each person needs to pull their weight, assist where we can in order to achieve the organisational goals at large. We need to be willing to go the extra mile. I enjoy learning, everyday you learn something new, and I am surrounded by HR professionals that are constantly providing guidance to me. There are alot of internal processes that hinder us from getting work done.

It a good environment

It a very good organisation and it, I have the relevant experience that is similar to what you are looking for in the Client Relationship Officers, as I’ve once worked as a Coordinator, Coordination of activities and resources across multiple projects and resolve conflicts since I have been working as an Project Management Assistant, Administrator, Records Management Officer and Quality Controller, Junior Safety Officer and I’ve also worked as the secretariat also in Data Capturing, payroll, filling and refilling, book keeping, and experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excess, Email and Publisher etc.

Pros: The organisation is very good one treating the employees with equal
Cons: Sometimes it depends on the backlog we having in that moment

Iv worked for healthy environment as a team player; good place to spend most of your time and relate

I have learnt on my previous job that I need to like what ido in order to enjoy it and to relate to everyone corporately. I love dealing and working with differnt people on daily basis but my most challwnging aspect is dealing with an angry client which intry by all means to handle calmly.
