Inconsistency from day one.

3Rounds of retrenchments in the 2 years Ive worked there. No growth Opportunities, and no Job security. Internal Audit department is seen as a luxury, and not a necessity.

Excellent learning curve

The company has flexible hours, but each employee has to work 8 hours a day. That helps to deal with the traffic issue. Co-workers are supportive, friendly and welcoming. Before joining the company, I never worked with Dynamics CRM before. And my supervisor taught me how it works, and on my second day with the company, I was already assigned to tasks and I quickly grasped. I enjoy solving people's issue when it comes to CRM, I also enjoy the working environment. I like the fact that we are diverse and I get to know and accept other people's differences.

Cons: Company is downsizing

I work almost every day working shifts. I sell gold coins and collectable medallions . I have to find innovative ways to motivate my staff members daily and come up with strategic ways to market our product telephonically and via emails.

Pros: selling gold coins from mints arround the world
Cons: work shifts and lack of family time
