Contract administrator

My duties are;Giving Legal Advice and compliance with relevant legislations. Ensuring that the procurement policy is followed within the procurement department, Drafting and or developing SLA’s, Drafting and or Developing Commercial , Construction, Consultancy, Distribution, Non disclosure and IT Contracts, Vetting Credits Applications,Reviewing the Lease Agreement and Exhibition Agreement, Validating and amending the pricing on SAP system in Contract Life Management Cycle.Negotiating the terms on Lease, Constructions, Medical, Maintenance and Service Agreement .Taking Minutes on executive meetings.Good understanding .

Excellent professional

I am 30 year male.Admitted as an attorney and working in the corporate under procurement department. i am currently drafting variety of contracts vetting the credit application, Reviewing the Lease agreements and taking the minutes on the executive Meetings

Phlebotomy and meditech and knowledge of SAP

i am hard working, energetic individual, and a good team player, willing to learn, and good in customer service. It was very good to work for sanbs, we work on mobile clinics, travel every day build a good relationship with our clients to retain them, i enjoy perfoming phlebotomy skills with a smile, n reasuring client, charllenging aspect is dealing with a difficult client, but i have learnt the best way is to appologise even when you are right, report, to your supervisor, and always thank your client.

Got excellent experience and rated high in the talent management programme.

I have good skills and abilities of sales and marketing division. Have met targets of requisitions per day to weekly and monthly outstandingly. The company had a culture to educate and develop employees academically to equip them for higher managerial positions. I usually act as line manager when absent from duty or leave taken by the line manager. I accomplish the delegated tasks excellently and without failure.
