Good learning curve

I'm a recent graduate of the university of Pretoria. I have a BSc in food science and am currently looking to expand my knowledge. I have just over a years'experience in the food industry but am very ambitious and eager to learn, I love challenges.

Good learning and gaining much experience

Great team playinh Good maintenance routines You gain experience easily as they arent stingy with information. Each one teach one mentwlity. Production and engineering are one team.

Very poor management where I used to work.

Very poor lack of safety and dangerous conditions where I used to work in year ago.. I need a descent job like transport with excellent benefits. I am struggling a lot with my family I also have two children.. I can't afford the other one who is five year old..

Learning curve

A typical work day has a breakdown, downtime due to poor maintenance of machinery. Management makes all decisions without input of the rest of the team, alot of dictatorship management style. It is a better position for my career growth.
