I have develop a team & structure to fulfill department's goals & objectives. Able to develop subordinates to take more responsibility. Increase horizon of department's responsibilities to take all expected & demanded by other departments & the Management. Able to establish systems & procedures to streamline work & bring in accountability & transparency in department functioning. Transform department's functioning from issue based to planned predictive preventive approach. Establish controls & check points to increase reliability in delivery and output of the subordinates. Primary role of budget & budgetary controls are established. I have learned about corporate governance & communication skills. Most challenging part is to make subordinates work self driven & met deadlines. I enjoy the team building exercise & also the respect & support gathered from colleagues & subordinates.

I am eager and interested in this job position that is currently available.
If I should be given this chance of a life time in this inderstry I see greater oppotunities of growing and bettering my life. I also have passion and enthusiastic for providing the essential help to clients and to prospective customers for the organisation / company. Over and above my golden key is to give all customers satisfaction needs.
Pros: call centre industry has has lots of opportunities of transfomation of promotions.
Cons: eight hours per day unless over times are allocated in place.

Challenging and motivating
Working with different people was a challenge since some customers are difficult to work work within enjoy working there since it motivate me on how to handle different situation and dealing with people as a whole.how to tread people and and learning of GUEST which teaching us how to how to treat customers and to be presentable

Really good experience
Invaluable experience in a corporate environment. Learning about ammonia refrigeration, management of fleet and traction equipment. Team supervision (Supervisor Development Programme). Different levels of management responsible for different goals in company (short term, medium term and long term) Facitating team meetings and discipline of team members. Communication between everyone. Check-in and action chats. Problem solving skills. Abundance of SAP PM experience.
Pros: Decent company with good pension.
Cons: No room for growth and promotion.

Learning since i dont have experience
it a nice company but management philosophy is what i dont understand, but i like my job and i talk well with people since m doing human resources most of the time. i have learned to receive goods, create good received note i enjoy working each and everyday and im passionate about my job

Best in everything I do.
30 years experience in retail and sales. No job to big or to small. Hours not a issue if salary is good. Best in my field. Honest and hard working. You won't find a better person for any job. Electrical and refrigeration experience Handy man aswel You will not be sorry if you give me a chance. People's person. Very likable and customers love me. Down to earth and always willing to work

The best learning curve, as management.
My relationship with all co-workers is very good I must say. I have never had any issues with that, and when I ask them to do something as I am a production manager, they will do it gladly with no hassles. My work hours is very long, 7:00 am until 5:00 pm and sometimes I stay even longer. I also work on weekends and holidays as we are a retail company. Everyday I make sure HMR (fresh food department) production is done properly and consistently, and that necessary training is given to our staff frequently to ensure consistency is met. I also pull weekly sales and give feedback on what is selling and what is not. I love working with our kitchen staff and teaching them new things, they also teach me things that I don't know. I pride myself on a very professional way when it comes to customer service. That's my number one priority. If I could think of the most challenging aspect of my job, it will definitely be the retail hours.
Pros: I get to work with so much different people in different departments which enables me to learn every day.
Cons: Really long working hours, and working on weekends and holidays.

Too much politics
Operations are sound in theory but sadly in terms of actual practice it's more like what's happening in government whereby the beautiful plans remain just beautiful plans. Store environment is ok
Pros: It's ok only if you are not ambitious

It's a pleasure but seeking for more benefits
Spar is an amazing business however overworked and under paid. I have learnt alot and contributed more however Very R no appreciation. Managers do not treat people like humans but as slaves.
