I'm 4years disabled man and i can walk and drive by myself with C1 driver's license with with 11years driving experience non drinker or non smoker and i can handle to work under pressure

Excellent starting curve but i have learned what I needed to, I think its time to move on.

I have learned a lot working for Speccon , I came here with no experience of the job. everything I know now, I leaned here. the chances for growth and learning more in the future are I fell are slowly depreciating hence the reason i want to move.

Being in the skills and development industry

Firstly l would like to highlight that l enjoy what l do. on a daily basis at work l am in contact with the learners. l do give different classes for different learnerships and l also assess the learners and give feedback on submitted work. We use an e-learning system that helps us to continuously monitor the progress of the learners. l also assist learners that can be having problems login or with the e-learning system. l also make sure that l follow up telephonically or via email to the learners that are falling behind. l have learnt how e-learning system can be integrated in todays' learning culture however, my job is challenging in that you will need to continuously encourage the less hard working learners so that they can see how the learnership will ultimately benefit them. My work is also challenging as the learners call me at any time to get assistance even after working hours.

I'm up for any challenge

The company i currently work for is based in Johannesburg - I am the sales manager for the Western Cape. I work from a fully kitted office at home - my experience generally lies in advertising so this position has been challenging since it's about selling learnerships and skills development to corporate South Africa in aid of BEE. What i enjoy the most besides getting the deals in is communicating with people every day - I have fun with my clients which makes my job so much more enjoyable.

Excellent skill development ,growth in working as an individual and teams

Working in my comany was and is still a beautiful learning curve. I look foward to work every say as I like meeting challenges and solving them the best of my abiliy. I love excellency, I love my job description so much reason being it gives me the platform to solve diffrent challenges. On a day to day I start of on my diary checking the tasks am assigned to do. I then take on my task or attend meetings that are currently occuring .I build application from scratch using c#, react.js,css,html,jquery and many more. Recently am building a search engine for a wedding company using sql,asp.net core and redux react. It fun new to me and exciting for me. I get well with everyone at work. Am known to be friendly and alwys laughing. In conclution programming is my passion and more than just work, its exciting and alwys gives me an oppurtunity to learn something new every day.

Speccon is good because of the learning skills and the oppurtunity to meet other people.

i met a lot of people here, good people that I can build re;ationships with, but hatststhe company is not that gogood i don't reallyenjoy working here

Learning and working pace of the corporate world, Providing results on a daily basis.

Working at my workplace is fun and intense. On typical day i would check inventory levels, and when all balances, i would do continue learning some programming in c# asp.net and html. Do a typing test on typing tutor. Attend to any queries that are IT related and go about solving them. My relationship with my co-workers is fantastic, atleast with most of them. I would solve 99 % of their IT related problems and those that do not like me just have their issues as some people do. I have learnt that you never stop learning, you just need to put more effort into advancing your your abilities and talents. I enjoys solving technical problems, finding solutions to problems that i only can solve. Working with co-workers to progress in respective job functions What is challenging to me is not much but having to budget and get by under such a minute salary.

Cons: Minimum room for growth
