What is most interesting about my job is campaign management as i more about taking the brand forward and keep people abreasts on new things. I want things that go in order and there reviewing of policies and way of doing things is one important aspects of moving the organization forward.

Excellent leadership provided by current CEO

- Complicated interpersonal relationships - Highly politicized environment in the sense that senior managers have their own agenda - Excellent leadership from CEO - Highly unionized - Very good relationships among most employees - Highly educated employee component - Much emphasize on self development - Long processes to get policies promulgated - Many changes in CEO incumbents resulting in instability of processes and low morale - Structure is under staffed - Very good compliance with few audit findings - Structure doesn't allow for promotion opportunities and various members have been in their positions for very long

Pros: Good leadership by current CEO will turn the company into a more profitable entity, assisted by an highly educated work force
Cons: Low morale in general
