It was an eye opening experience. i grew a lot as an individual.

establishing sales targets as an individual and a team communicating with potential customers and helping existing customers with queries my co workers and I worked hard to achieve our goals I learnt a lot about team building, problem solving, managing a team, networking with other managers and sales agents I enjoyed the team building sessions the most challenging aspect of the job was maintaining a consistent sales record

Pros: networking with other managers and fellow sales agents increased the chances of a promotion
Cons: long hours on your feet

Everyday something new was learned

How to use four foundation. First great attitude, good work ethics, problem soliving and student mentality. I learned how to motivate, impacticting and work with a team to achieve our goals.

Excellent learning curve

Good work space Lively environment Not too much staff so makes it easy to relate with other co-workers It's fun because I get to interact with customer every day I get to increase my skills in customer service and communication skill

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and know more about customer care
Cons: Long working hours and un-paid sick leave

Fast learner, team player, energetic, team leader and vibrant

Working at SPECKMANS MARKETING is good because It helped me not to be lazy why be cause, you work from 6 to 6 and yo get to interact with different people who have different views, it also helped me to handle taught matters and to take controls at all times. I have learned that team work is the most important thing because you share ideas and help one another where necessary. It helped me more about maintaining my attitude, because when you come in everyday with a great attitude you have a great life and you attract the same people.

Pros: The more products you sell, there more you earn and get to be promoted
