Excellent learning environment.

Excellent learning environment, good staff with a thirst for success. Good people management, learnt a lot about different kinds of people and how their minds operate. It also helped to get me out of my comfort zone.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS VERY GOOD, I ENJOY WORKING WITH THEM, I HAVE LEARNT LOT OF THINGS AT SPECSAVERS, I AM NOT QUALIFIED FOR WHAT IM DOING BUT BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE AND MY HARDWORKING THAT WHY TODAY I AM A TEAMLEADER...WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING COMING TO WORK BECAUSE I LOVE WHAT I AM DOING....LEARNING DIFFERENT THINGS EVERYDAY...THE MOST CHALLENGING WITH MY JOB IS BEING INCHARGE OF THE PRACTICE

Good Start for new Consultants

Salary stay the same , no growth unless either you're a Qualified Dispenser or an Optometrist, work also on inventive only if the store reached the month target that is also taxed at the end of the month. (This review is not necessarily directed to Optometrist industry however Specsavers that I'm currently employed for because it's a franchise store.

Pros: Give all your best to customers, excellent service.
Cons: Long hours indeed mostly stores are situated in the Malls
