Quite a learning curve and work experience
Being an apprentice at Spier Arts Academy was bitter-sweet. We worked 09:00 - 16:00 weekdays. We had passionate lecturers although sometimes hard on us. I enjoyed group projects the most, we shared and learned a lot of our personal styles of production. We worked greatly and faster together. Wage was never pleasing though. We always fought over how much we felt we needed to be paid. We felt more like labourers than students, although we were told weren't 50% of both.
Pros: Great platform for growth and understanding different beings in your team.
Cons: Very low wage yet hard labour.
