I am sophisticated person and l love working with the different cultures.

To work for Spier I learn a lot and received more skills it was not easy most of the time but it was wealth it. I'm a good team player and I always tell my team that a great success is coming from working together. I learn to be patient in everything i do and loving and carrying for staff and the company as a whole. what I enjoy most was to making my clients happy and making sure they come back again because of the service they received. The challenging expect is being working under pressure , to make your client happy even if they have their personal problems .Give the best of your ability to bring more client for the company because it is not easy to deal with deferent clients.

Pros: The company was doing trainings. Promoting the staff. Conference for the staff.. Health and safety. Fire training inductions.Offering staff transport because we working deferent shift. They offer staff meal.
Cons: Working long hour. working deferent shift.

Switchboard Operator

I have excellent communication skills which help me understanding and directing the clients to the appropriate persons and providing them with appropriate information whenever needed. I respect and completely understand the client’s significance and ensure that they feel heard and understood.

Pros: The company form of organisation has been successful in almost all countries of the world.
