Self development and new challenging position.

Spier Wine farm is a big company anyone can wish to work for. It include leisure and agricultural activities. I am working as Farm administrator, primarily looking after Occupational Health and safety paper work. My position, itself requires me to work close with Management and employee representatives which makes my relationship with my co-workers to be strong. I have learnt to work well with internal and external customers. I enjoy meeting different people with different backgrounds. As much as it is fun working with different people it is also the most challenging aspect as everyone come with different expectations.

TI really enjoy working with my teamWe work as a team also as independent and able to finish in time.I have learnt s lot at Spier Wine farm trainings about how wine is made and good realationship between us as team and manager

Growth and development

I am a 28 year old female, who has been in the hotel industry since 2020. I am currently the head of the front office department at Spier Hotel. I have a team of 24 people, who are in different age groups. At the moment I am working different shifts and over weekends as well. I am quite flexible, I enjoy new challenges and I try to give my all with everything I take on. I would like to apply for this position to try something new and challenging.
