Was the best career of my life

Spiral Engineering was the best environment to work at, with the 6 years I've worked there...when I woke up everday I had the courage and energy to get out of my house and go to work. Everyone was friendly and calm, the experience they had on the industry was behond everything. I went there knowing nothing, but I went out as an experienced boillermaker and CNC Operator. I never had any challenges at the company since I was always willing to learn more things everyday

Good performance on designing and manufacturing.

I am a draughtsman, I am too friendly with any one at any department. what I learnt from my company is that we all equal there is racist and they can send you to the reception to help if someone works there is not available. I enjoy working as a draugting because each an everyday I learn new things and new designs from architecture. the challenges would be if the workshop guys manufacture the steel structure incorrectly and as a draughtsman you have to check and solve the problems.

Pros: there is less great opportunity of promotion
Cons: 7am to 4pm

Work under pressure to make commitments to deliver deadlines. A team player that regards people as the most important part of business. a solution driven style of management. Always get people to work with you by being clear and decisive. Every job is a new challenge as in my industry things are customized to suit clients.

Pros: Job satisfaction
Cons: Very tough boss who demands his pound of flesh
