There's not much of opportunity in the retail I industry but it allows you to work with people understand customer satisfaction service experience and relevant experience will apply to sales

I am ready to get a new job

good communication how to talk with customers how to count stock how to make profit how the shop should b clean work late. we work good as group learn to manage time we have good lunch toghter we enjoy our company no fight is allowed in our company

I love my company as I have learnt and gained more experienced.

My day starts from 8 to 5. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. We make a great team. I have learnt to work and deal with all kinds of people from all different walks of life. I enjoy the relationship I have with my colleagues. Not to stress

Great learning curve

I am willing to learn anything that I need to, I work hard and believe in growth. I would like to be part of a dynamic team. I have 10 years working experience in retail therefore I believe I can do any challenge I come across.

Excellent learning

I i got exposure to working with people and grew in knowledge and understandings so because i was willing to learn it was there to provide me with the best it had. Im forever grateful for the love and support provided by the company.

Excellent customer service and growth with in the company

Spitz Is a good retail store to work in teach you a lot, to take tough decision as a supervisor on duty dealing with easy and difficult customers, solving problems customers have with the shoes, belts, bags and other accessories we sell to customers. The office work receiving and admin work they teach you as a stockroom controller and a supervisor running the shift.

It would be nice if you could get a bonus or medical aid

It's I a nice company to work for where people matter. The working hours are good plusbyou have the perks of traveling. It provides a good working environment but in this position there is. O opportunity for growth.

I am a hard worker,passionate,consistent and disciples

I am confident that i have knowledge and skill to professionally fulfill the position as required by the organisation.i work well under pressure. I prioritize ny reaponsibility so i have a clear idea of what is needed to be done.i also like inteacting with customers finding their needs i also put my customers first.i am a good team player.

Good company to increase knowledge and skills

Maintain our customers and bringing in the new customers. Its a good environment as employees including management we always keep our game on top as well as taking care of the company's asserts (staff). I've learned how to operate SAPP system , driving sales and book keeping. The time and experience I've gained there it's what I enjoyed most. The most challenging aspects were when we started operating and there were very limited customers.
