Put years of work into one job

Day to day we learn every day. We experiance a new challenge every day. We have to be pro active and find solutions in this industry. Spares are no longer available and we have to find a solution. Replacement is not always an option. Finding new customers is the biggest challenge. Next to getting paid on time for work done. New products are always being requested. But the price is becoming a problem. This creates a new problem. The solution is what I'm good at. Problem solving and creating new Ideas, 0

Learnt about running my own comoany

Has been a massive learning curve but industry is tough and people can't afford maintenance on spray booths. Once done getting paid is a big problem.
