Logistics Department duties: Reception – handling all incoming calls and forwarding them to correct department, checking incoming mails and faxes also channeling to the correct recipients. Organize some refreshment for internal meetings and for incoming visitor, control the access entrance. Arrange boardroom bookings for meetings and capturing leave forms on calendar. Scan invoice and create statement send to customers. Scan purchase orders and forward to suppliers, Scan all supporting documents for filing on system. Work on SAP: Expedite all goods received from suppliers, Follow up all queries and pending orders. GRN all received orders from suppliers and assist for stocktaking if is needed. Training on SAP System: Uploading Sales Orders. i like to work as a temam because that save time for all of us and my trainer is patient willing to work with other colleagues. i enjoy the most working on SAP and it is a challenging programme.

Assistant Admin Clerk
I opperate switchboard with 50 extension, tranfer calls to different departments and take messages. Control entrance for incoming and outgoing visitors, orgernize some refreshments. Assist accounts department to create statements on SAP System and therefore put it together with invoices and send to the customers for payments. Receive some electronic faxes and emails and directocted to the correct departments. Assist Logistics Department to scan the Purchase Orders and send it to the supplies and also attend the suppliers and customers queries. I also do training to load Sales Orders and manage to chack GRN and Ivoices on outbond records. Record leave forms and also assist to collect BEE Compliance Certificates to assist Human Resources Department. I am a multitask person and always prioritize and weak point its is that i am willing to assist everyone in my team and i want to get the job done. I like is team work that make the job easy and done without the putting the company to incompetence situation.
