Pwersonal Assistant / Office Manager

I have over 16 years’ experience as an Executive Personal Assistant and Office Management in IT and Security and Access environment. I have excellent organizational skills utilized in co-ordinating activities for a busy office. We have 19 onsite employees, 75 off site resources and 3 directors. My responsibilities includes a wide ranging responsibilities like :resource allocation, staff training and supervision, implementation of office procedures and processes, customer liaison and support and preparing financial reports, report and document presentations, data management, workflow scheduling and planning, customer service and project co-ordination. I have excellent problem-solving and believe in good work ethic, strong communication and interpersonal skills and an adaptable, self-directed professional who successfully communicates at all levels.

Working as a Test analyst

Typical work day for me is from 06h30 to 16h00. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. Since being in retail I learnt a lot as I had no experience in retail. I enjoy the people and the culture here. Since starting in retail the whole application was a challenge but I enjoyed that.

Pros: Hopefully in the future i will be able to apply for a team lead job
Cons: The paste of work is too slow for me

Hard working and success driven

I am a multi-skilled IT manager with good all-round supervisory and technical expertise. I am very capable with a proven ability to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems and to provide IT services, that will improve the efficiency and performance of a company. I am in the job market for a new and challenging managerial position, one that will make best use of my existing skills & experiences also further my personal development.
