Start as a Receptionist, got promoted to Financial Admin Ass.
A typical day at the office start off with me doing reception duties from 8-9. (I was Receptionist for 3 years, assisting the Financial Manager, but got promoted to Financial Admin Assistant recently). Then I go to my office on the top floor and start my day with checking the bank to see if payments have gone through or not. Doing more eft's, get permission to load them on the bank, get the MD so authorise once the Financial Manager has authorise. Making sure all payments get done in time. Managing the IT & phone problems - consulting with the service providers to sort out the problems. Make sure the cleaning lady do what she is suppose to do . (this is just to mention but a little of what I am doing at the moment).
Pros: Not working long hours. Working 8-16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 8-16:00 on a Friday.
Cons: Workloads increased, but salary stay the same....

Experience building chance
Get to my First Client ASAP Greet him and speak to him to build a strong relationship to get the best possible order Realationship with Co Workers are good I have had to fights with co Workers treat them how you want to be treated (With respect) I have learnt how Retail work how to negotiate how to be a territory sales supervisor. I Enjoy speaking to people and to building relationships with clients Most difficult aspects Is definitely your difficult clients and to get them to place orders amd build relationships with them

Eager to learn
My name is Yvette Captain, im 44 and i have have experience in the role of Office Administrator, which includes customer service ,sales and client consulting. I am capable of working independently and under pressure, as well as in a team. Given the opportunity it will enable me to refine the skills and knowledge i have inquired through the yesrs of working. My computer skills has Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Supervisor
Supervision of staff,placing orders, finding out about our services for clients, travelling stores to stores following call cycle,good relationship with staff, difficult customer and staff,learning how to handle pressure and how Important are the due date,follow store promotion

Excellent learning curve
Workinh days are slightly reasonable and my colleagues are friendly and we enjoy working as a team. And working as a team makes it possible to ask about working related tasks and reaching target it can seem possible but immediately when you know your clients and products it becomes easily reaches slowly but surely.

Great company and Great Family values
On being hired, I was told that family comes first and I have heard that at so many companies before - yet no one seemed to really follow through on this statement. Yet, SRS and Henkel definitely hands down, stick to this statement and I feel that this is a breath of fresh air as we spend most of our time at work, and when a company cares enough to know that no matter what - family comes first - this helps the employees realize that they can still have a family life and working career with the support they need. Well done SRS and Henkel.
