Place to learn diffrent things from diffrent people.

Typical work day make sure the shift and plant is running with no breakdowns. Access the previous days major issues and and determine permanent fixes. Engage with the engineering manager on progress of all projects. Assign my staff to and look and all work carried out. i bevel in have a good relationship from top management to the lowest level, I work well with and for the respected parties. learn to be a good team player as well as a leader. learn how to work with people as well as individually. I enjoy learning new software and hardware because it help keep up with technology. Enjoy th e challenge of new projects and testing my self on breakdowns. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with budget constraints andf lack of manning but being confident in my team and myself we never stop trying even with these constraints the job is priority.

Good learning experience

They are warm and welcoming. They push you to do your absolute best in everything you put in and they never put you down. The company hires people from all backgrounds and doesn't judge people because of what they look like. It's a good environment for growth and development
