Willing to learn and with growing a company
I'm working with a target monthly as a debt collecter and there is to be reach for a day to get good incentives. My supervisor and management is pleased with my job. I enjoy commission and incentives it motivates to even work more harder. To work with outdated system that keep freezing and no is will to upgrade it and affect my job negatively

No growing inside the company
The company is good for training and providing experience, but no growing in the company and no better offer to cover expenses. The company not offer incentives.

Excellent learning curve
Generally a good call center. The work culture is good. The teams are a great source of energy. The CEO and top managers are very professional. As it is a call center, job security is always questionable but generally a good place for starters.

I have learned on how to communicate with customers and how to handle objections, it give more pressure on a working day because sometimes you find it difficult to convince customers

Good for obtaining experience
Good relationship with co-workers and mangers ... I have learnt a lot in debt collection that it all about educating not discriminating either than that I'm just not happy with my salary coz I've been here for 4 years going on 5 in April 2018 yet it's way too little

Excellent experience gained
I was working at a debt collection company (outbound), daily statistics i needed to have 120 Accounts worked, 130 Calls, 15 promised to pay Accounts, 5 debit orders and talk time has to be 3 hours. The relationship with co-workers was good with less conflicts, always collaborate as we wanted to reach a target set as a team and to achieve goals. What i have learnt is that, you have to listen attentively as we dealing with different customer then respond accurately. What i enjoyed most is i would produce the outcomes(daily stats) every day, working at debt collection environment as I've never been there before. The challenging part was dealing with difficult customers, have reversels on debit orders as it affects the collection but at the ended of day i knew how to overcome all this situation and dealt with.
