My intention to move is growth in this career. Teaching is an interesting career. Working 7 to 4 is appropriate. Working relation with my colleagues is professional. Relationship with with the management is normal. The most challenging point at my work is chances of growth.

Cons: Too much long working hours

At the company we working normal school hours but you wont get paid for extra hours. Relationship with colleagues is professional. What I like most is the culture of prying. We work nd pray

Pros: Not easy to be promoted because as the school is a catholic school, they always look for catholics for promotional purposes
Cons: No payments for working long hours
