Doing more from my expertize

I work with 180 employees everyday from different departments. I have avery good relationship with my employees. I have learnt to be patient and try to solve the problems in a manner that does not have any favourism. Is to see my employee happy on the pay day because they will be no pay queries from me. There is another department called bones and tendors, This is the hard work where the employees use knife to clean the bones for different animals in south africa, so employees get injured time and again. and lot of the employees just leave the job because is too hard. It means that i have to employ new employees time and again.

Excellent learning curve

Good organizational structures.there is a lot of support from supervisor and the Superiors.organizational structure is well structured and the working environment is healthy and clean.they follow the organizational procedure according to the rules sets by the government

I ve learned a lot interms of deliveries , how to handle, communicate with customers!

Staffing logistics is a growing company with lot of potential with very patient, understanding Management,my co workers are the great teachers as everything you ask them they show or teach you with pleasure and that's is building a team spirit Wich is will be productive

So very good on teaching how to do things

tthe campany is so very rich on getting people work but as am over seven years on lobour broker is so very sad to work for the smal money over five years but i won;t say any thing about it aslong they learn me something that change my future i lve staffing about that

Staffing Logistics is an agent whichi work under at Ndlovu Park for Vital Distribution Solutions. I have working here for 2 years to date. I have started as a standby on an on going contract later became a General Worker since March 2016 to date. Since I have been working in this company through staffing logistics, I have noticed their way of doing things and what concerns me the most as a young individual, its their lack of empowerment, I mean none whatsoever. With that said I as an individual, I intend to stay in one position for more than two years especially on a low level as General Worker. I want to be in a company that empowers their employees.

Pros: Very Little
Cons: Standard hours - 9hours, plus 2 hours overtime, and weekends sometimes.

Excellent scanning dispatch salting

Staffing logistic is there agent was helping at Edcon at the long-run contract I was receiving stock and then sorted scanning to dispatch pre-loading the trucks long-distance trucks and locally route also dealing IT Department knowledge

Pros: opportunity for promotion
Cons: able to working long hours to overtime
