Good opportunity for career advancement

My job includes maintenance of steam turbin es and auxiliary plant.l work with machine operators from production and help them meet targets by providing them with well serviced plant thereby reducing down time. I enjoy working with my fellow workers and team work is our motto. Its a big challenge to maintain power generation plant in full production because it must run 24 hours daily and that must be achieved to keep the country's lights on.

Pros: Great job satisfaction
Cons: Many days away from my family

I am qualified electrician section 13 i work for production company for two tears an junior electrician my duties was to do planned projects and daily maintenance on mills and cranes and current i working

Good exposure to responsibility

The he company is still on a growing stage and quite a lot a management input. There is a need for elimination of segregative approach towards human resources. There is a great potential for the company to reach resounding levels if proper management input is involved.

Pros: Potential of organizations growth as well as human resources growth.
Cons: Continuity Uncertainty on the human resources side. Man staff members or employees grumble a lot due to unfair treatment.
