Opportunities are selective... Not a level playing field. Promotional criteria and success is not clear. Average good and great not defined. Failure can get you crucified. So boundary exploration not encouraged. It is career limiting line managers will yell you that and hamper your growth.

Importance of our ops ,customers, volume, deadlines

Alaplaplan ahrd for th. Never make plans because of business vrequirments vanyfayvcan get busyr dafyplan operations proofed that mid month and monthevend is extremely busy even thebsoail we had the finish our volumes before leaving .AS a leader we would normally let the capturers leave first and we as leaders will do the rest to ensure nothing is pending or may not as leaders we ensured nothing is pending or missed quees clean print screen and work hand in hand with system incase of failure of systems operations is like a engine bit has to work for the next department that is customer facing they depend highly on oosvto provide customer service company would fail of operations was inaccurate life balance was many times out but new the requiremens and sacrifice of lunch times for years new people coming in hhafvti be taught irrespective of there position lsit goes on of many stress in operations

Pros: No new people come in and agreeing to the experience leaders of what is ocurring
Cons: Very long working hours ,leave be cancelled exhaustion dependents on experience staff overwhelmed management not helpful but we understood our roll in operations I ran the we ran the department with out managemen fora year

Great company for growth, excellent customer service support

Great support from team members, good platform to interact with clients and a great platform to help with problem solving. Great place to push you to reach set targets, be willing to go an extra mile for great service to clients. An ambassador for fmtreating customers fairly

Standard bank is the best Job and learning exspierence. Multi challengers need to be flexiable and very active with Team building. Love with working with my colleagues different cultures and Standard Bank Values Respect. Love Standard bank best corporate business in South Africa.
