Worked on various projects sumultaniously.Tender amounts from R8,000,000.00 to R180,000,000.00

Challenges of QS are to be accurate with tenders .costings ,monthly cost reports, drawing measurements quantities and Bill of quantities. Meet always all time deadlines.

Pros: Good management team
Cons: Long hours

Excellent learning curve

In the last 20 years I've improved my time keeping and time management,I've learned new communication skills and how to interact with my collegues, clients and suppliers. I've learned negotiation skills and how to delegate to empower people to do the same. The negotiations and dealings with suppliers is what I enjoy the most, the challenge to always better the original costs and save is tough but very rewarding at the end. Ive understood that every day is a challenge we face to improve ourselves and help others do the same, with kindness and respect as we are all people facing different challenges in life.
