A typical workday consist of managing production performances against set targets, minimising breakdowns and responsible for accurately working according to production plan. Performance reporting is also part of yhe daily routine.Communication with top management, support functions such as the quality and maintenance departments.

Greater opportunity for learning

I am happy with the company and I am working three diferent shift , I have a great relationship with employees from labor force to management. I have learnt to communicate with every individual within the company including senior managers. I enjoyed working in lines when we have encountere problem during data nalization.

Pros: Certificate of completion and more chance of promotion
Cons: work double shift on a short notice
