The working environment is good and we have different cultural background and we all get along and understand each other. The relationship with my co-workers is fantastic. I have learnt a lot e.g. making friends playing soccer and how to treat people through the skills learned from mills, I enjoy meeting customers and explain how our company operate. The most challenging aspect is when I make transfer documents to send rolls to our dipping plant, is where you must make sure you do your things correctly.

I learnt a lot on working on moving machines

Maintain, repair and servicing the machine components. Change gears on the gearbox of different machines to increase or decrease speed of the machine spindles, change pulleys on machines to change the pattern of the yarn...fix the pneumatic brakes if a broken... Join the pneumatics pipes for the machines to function properly. Clean the spindles of the machines to ensure clean yarn production

Good experience

I learnt a lot at standerton mills learnt how to work in a team and alone...I learnt how to work under pressure and to work with different individuals...I learnt to deal with the breakdowns alone that what I enjoyed the most because it teaches me to solve a problem from start
