Challenges that I come across brings growth not only to me as an employee but I believe to the company itself as well as it is still new trying to build and improve their system.

Pros: Can get a lot of overtime
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Frustraions as a results of incompetency and lack of knowledge

It is always a challenge when there is no consistency and transparency. Not presenting well balanced life between work and private. Lack of sensitivity when it comes to EHS and legal issues.

Pros: An International company
Cons: Not enough balance
